Pablo Banhos

Pablo Banhos oversees the College’s Development, Alumni Relations, Stewardship, and Events teams while supporting the strategic objectives of EHE Advancement. He is responsible for working with loyal alumni and friends with the goal of securing increased philanthropic support for the College. He focuses his efforts in California, Pacific Northwest, Arizona, New Mexico, and Central Ohio.
Pablo joined Ohio State University in 2019. He earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies and a M.A. in International and Comparative Politics from Wright State University. He has over 10 years of University Advancement experience.
Brendan Braaten

Brendan Braaten has worked with Ohio State alumni through a variety of roles since 2015. His current responsibilities include raising philanthropic resources for the college, increasing involvement and engagement of EHE alumni with the college, and stewarding donors for their generous support. Brendan primarily engages with Buckeyes who live in Western Ohio, the Midwest, and the Central United States.
Brendan became an Ohio State graduate by completing an MBA in 2020, after having earned an M.Ed. from Western Carolina University, and a B.S. in Public Relations from Appalachian State University. Outside of work Brendan enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys and their beagle-mix.
Kerry Dixon
Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Donor Relations

Kerry Dixon is EHE’s Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Donor Relations. She oversees strategy and program implementation for the college’s more than 100,000 living alumni across the globe. She also collaborates with Kirsten Wycuff, Director of Stewardship, to ensure that EHE’s donors’ wishes are closely followed. Prior to her current role, she served as EHE’s Executive Director for Civic and Global Engagement where she oversaw international strategy, programs, and partnerships, resulting in a research and education solution pipelines across five continents. On behalf of the college, she formed organizational relationships with U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Education, as well as Washington DC-based education lobbyists and U.S. Consulates/Embassies around the world.
Kerry is an experienced program evaluator, who draws on her expertise to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency. She has extensive experience across the higher education ecosystem (teaching, research, and administration) as well as K-12 formal and informal education. She holds a Ph.D. in education from The Ohio State University, a master’s degree from the University of Chicago where she was a Century Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree from Bates College. She is currently completing an MBA at The Ohio State University.
Betsy McCabe

Betsy McCabe has been a member of the advancement team for the College of Education and Human Ecology since December 2018. A life-long Buckeye with deep-ties to Columbus and Ohio State, Betsy partners with alumni and supporters on philanthropic projects that enhance the student experience and further promote the college’s core values of excellence, justice, diversity, innovation and internationalization. Betsy works with the College’s supporters who live east of Columbus, in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast.
Betsy earned a BA at Earlham College and is a certified Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®). She enjoys spending her free time with her husband John, exploring Columbus’ diverse restaurant scene and walking her dog Tuco in the city’s many urban parks.
Julie Miller
Events Manager

Julie Miller has been with Ohio State for 16 years. In her current role as Events Manager she oversees all planning and implementation events for the Office of Advancement and the Office of the Dean. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in Organizational Communications.
Penny Sens

Penny Sens is administrative associate for the Office of Advancement. In this role, she manages the daily operations of the Office. She provides direct support to the Executive Director, Pablo Banhos
Stefanie White
Program Coordinator – Special Events

Stefanie White, an events professional with over 15 years of experience, plans and executives events for EHE’s Office of Advancement and the Dean of the college. She has been in her current role since 2021.
Stefanie was previously Hotel Sales Manager at the Blackwell Inn where she was responsible for working with the Fisher College of Business to book and plan events. In that role, she managed client accounts, from conceptualizing to planning and implementing clients’ events. Prior to that, Stefanie worked at the Wendy’s Company managing corporate services, specifically focused on the company’s on-site conference center operations for both internal and external corporate events.
Stefanie earned her undergraduate degree at EHE where she majored in consumer affairs.
